1. Our honeycomb envelope production line is designed to make multifunctional mailing bags by bonding kraft paper with in-line bubble paper, honeycomb paper or corrugated paper with water and hot glue.
2. Our efficient bag making method is to put three rolls of kraft paper on a release frame, and the middle layer of kraft paper compresses air bubbles or honeycomb paper to form fixed-point spray glue. After vertical and horizontal pressing, apply secondary horizontal glue, fold and seal with heat. The result: a strong, eco-friendly bag with excellent express cushioning.
3. Our most advanced motion control technology is the core of the machine, from material unwinding to cutting and forming, all are managed by computer intelligent programming. Therefore, each paper bag produced is clean, environmentally friendly, high-quality, and has a strong and reliable seal. This modern and user-friendly equipment is ideal for specialty bag making applications.
