We already got the patent of Honeycomb paper padded mailer production line and we are the first one to produce this machine, originally designed to Taiwan client. The machine is CE certificated.

We already sold to France, Korea, USA, Taiwan, S. American, India and China local market now and more and more clients will need now. We sold 10sets to Korea.

The machine can produce two line mailers(smaller size) at the same time, 50pcs/m, so total 100pcs/minutes. The machine will need 2 X40HQ containers.

In Nowadays, more and more countries begin to ban more and more plastic packaging in order to keep our world cleaner, greener and more livable for our children. In order to meet the worldly increasing demand of the sustainable biodegradable void filling packaging needs, we developed the 1st honeycomb envelope production line. This machine is specially designed for making honeycomb padded post mailer bags which laminate the Kraft paper and Honeycomb paper by water glue.
