1. Our state-of-the-art Hexcelwrap liner mailer bag making machine is specially designed to produce high quality mailer bags by laminating kraft paper with in-line bubble paper, honeycomb paper or corrugated paper with water and hot glue.

2. To produce these bags, three rolls of kraft paper are fed into the release frame with the middle layer positioned for bubble paper or honeycomb paper lamination. Using fixed-point glue spraying, horizontal pressure, longitudinal pressure, and secondary horizontal glue spraying, the composite paper is hot-pressed, folded and sealed to create an environmentally friendly express packaging bag with excellent shock absorption performance.

3. Our machines are equipped with advanced motion control technology, which can perform unwinding, cutting and forming of materials precisely and efficiently, all controlled by computer. The bags produced are strong and reliable, with impeccable seal quality and easy handling. It is a high-end equipment specially designed for producing high-quality paper bags.

4. Our machines can also be used to produce honeycomb mailing bags, corrugated paper mailing bags, embossed paper bubble mailing bags and similar products.
